I’ve spent years immersed in the wellness space- learning, growing, and evolving both professionally and personally. But more importantly, I’ve lived it.
My journey into health and fitness started in a structured, performance-driven environment. While studying at UGA, I completed a sports medicine internship with the United States Olympic Committee, where I was introduced to strength and conditioning in a way that completely shifted my perspective. What began as learning the basics of lifting and programming quickly turned into a deeper passion for helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
But my path hasn’t been linear.
During that same time, I developed a difficult relationship with food, one that left me feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. It took years of therapy, education, and self-reflection to rebuild that relationship and find a healthier, more sustainable approach to wellness.
That experience changed everything for me.
It taught me that true health isn’t about restriction, perfection, or extremes. It’s about balance, consistency, and creating habits that actually fit your life.
Now, my mission is to help others step out of the cycle of all-or-nothing thinking and into a lifestyle that feels supportive, freeing, and sustainable. Whether it’s through personalized nutrition coaching, structured training programs, or simple habit-building, I’m here to guide you toward a version of health that feels good—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
You don’t have to do this alone. And you don’t have to do it perfectly
